I'm writing on behalf of a tenant that lives there. I will also be writing to the corporate office. My friend who lives with a roommate had the locks changed illegal on him (that the management company didn't approve and is aware of) and can't get access to his belongings. Between law enforcement and the help of friends, we have tried to retrieve his belongings but have had to call the sheriff every time. I was tricked by the leasing agent , I was told the apartments were being renovated lies lies and more lies I have never explained living conditions like this. Nothing was fixed in my apartment, floors cracked, rats everywhere, not hot water heater and so much more this place is passed horrible and should be condemned

I went out there when I was apartment hunting and right across from the “model” she showed , a lady died in the apartment across . Rent office lady Chae said the woman committed suicide . I was so desperate to move and the neighborhood seemed quite and the townhouse she showed came off to be be decent so I still applied . She called me and told me my deposit was $1500 😳 . I stayed here since 2013 I moved here from out of town not knowing any better. I wouldn’t want a crackhead to live here they are so unprofessional and and the knowledge of the people in the office is on a kindergarten level my 3rd grade daughter know more then them and could run the whole faculty. it’s just sad when you have no morals and it’s even sadder when you charging people all this money for these dump of apartments. My father lived here and it was not good. His stove didnt work and may have been leaking gas...they bring up a “new” stove and its got food all over, it was nasty and not clean. The apartment itself is old...smells of mold....ac has a freon leak....sink has no filter on it.....toilet leaks but they charge a high flat rate for water whether you use that much or not...as for the neighbors they are ok...no real issues while he was there.
