I started dropping my grandmother off here 6 months ago. She has described the place as unsettling and dirty . She continually is mentioning this woman that works there. I believe her name is Silvia I think? She describes Silvia as a bully and says she’s very aggressive and rude towards other members and staff. She yells and is constantly belittling the other people that come in and get dropped off.
