Order some tethering products from them and the customer service is horrible. I reached out multiple times asking why I hadn’t received my order and each time they told me they would verify and email me back the same day but nothing. So I’m still without my item and neither Tether Tools or USPS which they use to send it can tell me where it is.
Store is closed to public, yet shows as open on Google maps. Need to update hours shown to show you’re closed to public! Wasted 45+ minutes in traffic.
Excellent customer service! They are really helpful in tracking down my order, which means a lot especially during the holidays!
