Fair, honest, and timely. They only work during business hours so they may not be available for an emergency, but they gave a very favorable quote for repairs and showed up on time and got the job done quickly. Watch out for companies that do "emergency" work. We had a guy named "MIke" from GARAGE DOOR SERVICE GUYS try to rip us off. He came to our home at 7:30pm and then tried to charge us a $50 service call when we did not accpet his "quote" to "repair" our garage doo.
