Dr Johnson is absolutely one of the best pediatricians in the area. During visits he always make my daughter laugh. He is very personal and makes my child so comfortable. I absolutely love him and his staff. They are the best. She calls him her funny doctor and so she is never afraid of them or anything that they have to do from shots or blood work...I wouldn't change him as my daughters PCP unless he retired.
The first time I came to them- the patient first in CP basically told me there was nothing wrong with my 8m old baby. By the next morning he had a high fever and was breathing funny, so I brought him here. The front desk ladies were SO sweet and even they thought the breathing was weird. The nurses are SO sweet too. They speak so gently and interact with the kiddos so well. Brooke & Cristen are our faves. Great service! It was our first visit and they were understaffed due to illnesses. Despite being understaffed, the people holding down the fort did an amazing job of letting me know it might be a bit slower than usual, staying calm even though it was busy, and maintained being very friendly and personable while they were clearly working very hard! Amanda is an excellent NP and we loved nurse Leslie! Ask for Leslie for bloodwork- she did amazing with my 10yo son who was very nervous.
NP Amanda is absolutely amazing. She makes me feel heard, and as a mom that is so important. She never makes us feel rushed and takes her time. She is gentle with my kids and I just adore her! Highly recommend!
After six years of bringing my child to this pediatric office, I can honestly say the quality of the staff has been one of the biggest disappointments. The front desk employees are consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. The only exception has been the young African American gentleman with glasses, who has always been polite, respectful, and willing to help.
