my kids have been doing immunotherapy with Mackinzee for about a year now and we just love her! She is always so flexible with scheduling. During appointments she is so kind and does not rush the appointment. My kids love her she is the best
Idk why the bad reviews. For urgent care, it was super fast. The doc we saw was fantastic. Obviously well educated, immediately knew what was going on and I could see that she cared and was actually taking time to think about what was best. (I wish that was ubiquitous to all docs but yall know it's not) I'm really glad to have found somewhere I feel comfortable taking my daughter.
Just move to the area and yes I won’t deny they do tell you to hold when you call but again they are a busy clinic and honestly not everything is a quickly as we want to. I did wait on hold for 2 min but when I finally spoke to someone they were extremely patient and helpful. The day of my actual appointment for my kids they did a last accommodation for my other child Waiting is normal and expected but once they get you seen and settle they are great. My kids felt comfortable the nurse Lesly from vaccination was great.
The front staff was very friendly and fast to help check me in. Amanda is always amazing with my boys and takes such great care of us. The phlebotomist was so quick but thorough and kept my son happy during his shots. Love this office
This office is awesome! My daughter started with them when she was a week old 2 years ago. Since she was a newborn she has seen Amanda. Amanda is so patient and will help you figure out the best options possible. They always get her in if something is going on or send door dash for something minor. Dr. Johnson has truly made an awesome pediatric office. They are now caring for my newborn again and the experience has been wonderful. Thank you for caring for my babies 🥲
