Just move to the area and yes I won’t deny they do tell you to hold when you call but again they are a busy clinic and honestly not everything is a quickly as we want to. I did wait on hold for 2 min but when I finally spoke to someone they were extremely patient and helpful. The day of my actual appointment for my kids they did a last accommodation for my other child Waiting is normal and expected but once they get you seen and settle they are great. My kids felt comfortable the nurse Lesly from vaccination was great.
Dr. Johnson is amazing. He listens to the parent and the patient. My son love coming to see him. This office is usually busy, the staff is always helpful. Very rare that I’ve made an appointment and it not be on time. That being said have patience with the staff as they try to multitask while being talked to through the thick plastic and sometimes in more than one language.
This office is awesome! My daughter started with them when she was a week old 2 years ago. Since she was a newborn she has seen Amanda. Amanda is so patient and will help you figure out the best options possible. They always get her in if something is going on or send door dash for something minor. Dr. Johnson has truly made an awesome pediatric office. They are now caring for my newborn again and the experience has been wonderful. Thank you for caring for my babies 🥲
I love coming here. I love the providers Amanda, especially she goes above and beyond to make sure that my children especially my six month old is beyond taken care of and we find the answers and everything. She’s amazing with all of my children Dr. Johnson he’s amazing as well. I appreciate all that they do. I love the convenience of x-rays allergy testing sick testing. I love it all. I’ve been coming to Dr Williams with my 3 children, for 16 years, followed him to this office when he opened it, when he left Pratt, We have Always had great experiences. Dr Johnson has always been thorough. He is a great pediatrician. Now my grand kids come here.
