We went in and got our newborn seen fairly quick. The Doctor was great, welcoming, funny and informative. It made us at ease even while concerned for our child. Then he did his job, kept it honest and we left with a smile. Im honestly thinking of switching pediatrics.
Idk why the bad reviews. For urgent care, it was super fast. The doc we saw was fantastic. Obviously well educated, immediately knew what was going on and I could see that she cared and was actually taking time to think about what was best. (I wish that was ubiquitous to all docs but yall know it's not) I'm really glad to have found somewhere I feel comfortable taking my daughter.
Just move to the area and yes I won’t deny they do tell you to hold when you call but again they are a busy clinic and honestly not everything is a quickly as we want to. I did wait on hold for 2 min but when I finally spoke to someone they were extremely patient and helpful. The day of my actual appointment for my kids they did a last accommodation for my other child Waiting is normal and expected but once they get you seen and settle they are great. My kids felt comfortable the nurse Lesly from vaccination was great.
Dr. Johnson is amazing. He listens to the parent and the patient. My son love coming to see him. This office is usually busy, the staff is always helpful. Very rare that I’ve made an appointment and it not be on time. That being said have patience with the staff as they try to multitask while being talked to through the thick plastic and sometimes in more than one language.
Very attentive to my daughters’ symptoms. Very friendly staff. Keep up the great work! I’ve been going here for many many years and they have not disappointed yet. They are always busy which shows how highly recommended and great they are. ❤️
