Had a scheduled appointment and wasn’t seen by the doctor for almost an hours later. My son did not want to be at the appointment so he was crying almost that entire hour where no one checked in on us or came to give an update on the doctor to help calm his down with his first experience in this office. When the doctor did show up, she did not introduce herself to us as parents or to our son to try and build rapport or anything. Has been taking my son to this clinic for about 8 years my son NP was verne rochford she has move at the end of last year has been seen NP Isabel she is very knowledgeable and explains everything every time we come wouldn’t change them. Always good experience. Thank you so much for all you do
Just move to the area and yes I won’t deny they do tell you to hold when you call but again they are a busy clinic and honestly not everything is a quickly as we want to. I did wait on hold for 2 min but when I finally spoke to someone they were extremely patient and helpful. The day of my actual appointment for my kids they did a last accommodation for my other child Waiting is normal and expected but once they get you seen and settle they are great. My kids felt comfortable the nurse Lesly from vaccination was great.
Been taking my child there for 8 years. Reaccuring medications are not filled in a timely manner. Had an appointment on the 5th for 3:15. Wasn't seen until almost 5pm. Only after I had to go up to the desk and ask why? Didn't get out of there until almost 6pm. Dr. Johnson did not discuss anything about my child's medications at that visit. Left 3 voice mails and finally talked to front desk, the nurse hot line that states "Will return calls within 24 to 48 hours", does not. Dr. Johnson is amazing. He listens to the parent and the patient. My son love coming to see him. This office is usually busy, the staff is always helpful. Very rare that I’ve made an appointment and it not be on time. That being said have patience with the staff as they try to multitask while being talked to through the thick plastic and sometimes in more than one language.
