Had a scheduled appointment and wasn’t seen by the doctor for almost an hours later. My son did not want to be at the appointment so he was crying almost that entire hour where no one checked in on us or came to give an update on the doctor to help calm his down with his first experience in this office. When the doctor did show up, she did not introduce herself to us as parents or to our son to try and build rapport or anything. Has been taking my son to this clinic for about 8 years my son NP was verne rochford she has move at the end of last year has been seen NP Isabel she is very knowledgeable and explains everything every time we come wouldn’t change them. Always good experience. Thank you so much for all you do
Just move to the area and yes I won’t deny they do tell you to hold when you call but again they are a busy clinic and honestly not everything is a quickly as we want to. I did wait on hold for 2 min but when I finally spoke to someone they were extremely patient and helpful. The day of my actual appointment for my kids they did a last accommodation for my other child Waiting is normal and expected but once they get you seen and settle they are great. My kids felt comfortable the nurse Lesly from vaccination was great.
Dr. Johnson is amazing. He listens to the parent and the patient. My son love coming to see him. This office is usually busy, the staff is always helpful. Very rare that I’ve made an appointment and it not be on time. That being said have patience with the staff as they try to multitask while being talked to through the thick plastic and sometimes in more than one language.
my kids have been doing immunotherapy with Mackinzee for about a year now and we just love her! She is always so flexible with scheduling. During appointments she is so kind and does not rush the appointment. My kids love her she is the best
