Awful experiences. I used their “counseling” services for my son with adhd. On our first visit we arrived early as requested. The lady at the desk told me that my 5 year old son with severe ADHD needed to be quiet because there were other people in sessions. It was a very small location and I was very clearly doing my best to keep him occupied and quiet. Dr. Johnson was absolutely amazing. He was patient and helpful. Offered great and sound advice. My daughter thought he was hilarious, he even had me laughing. Walked me through how the clinic was established and answered any questions I had. I must say I’m glad we found this clinic with a doctor who cares about my daughter and the children enough to want to make sure they have a place designed just to suite them. Amazing place with amazing people working there.
The receptionists are all amazing and the providers as well. We followed Dr. Johnson when he opened this practice. My kids and I just love Amanda and she knows them so well. Always a pleasant experience!
My daughter’s pediatrician, Dr.Mancini retired unfortunately so I had to find a new one..I called a couple places & they didn’t have availability until months out. I called here & they could get my daughter in within a few days after a bad fall on the ice! I even had a minor car accident on the way & when I called them letting them know I’d be late they were so kind telling me to “take my time getting there no worries.” I seen some people online speaking highly of Dr.Johnson so when asked if I had any preferences of which do... read more
Had a scheduled appointment and wasn’t seen by the doctor for almost an hours later. My son did not want to be at the appointment so he was crying almost that entire hour where no one checked in on us or came to give an update on the doctor to help calm his down with his first experience in this office. When the doctor did show up, she did not introduce herself to us as parents or to our son to try and build rapport or anything.
