Awful experiences. I used their “counseling” services for my son with adhd. On our first visit we arrived early as requested. The lady at the desk told me that my 5 year old son with severe ADHD needed to be quiet because there were other people in sessions. It was a very small location and I was very clearly doing my best to keep him occupied and quiet. So let me just say Mr. Johnson is out of this world he is usually the one that sees first time patient's and I see why, he leaves an amazing impression and he knows what he is doing. He saw my 18 month old and gave us advice, very communicative, knowledgable and very amusing. The reason for the 3 stars is because I wish the nurse practitioners who also see the kids and we have experience with are as bubbly and communicative and knowledgable. Dr. Johnson was absolutely amazing. He was patient and helpful. Offered great and sound advice. My daughter thought he was hilarious, he even had me laughing. Walked me through how the clinic was established and answered any questions I had. I must say I’m glad we found this clinic with a doctor who cares about my daughter and the children enough to want to make sure they have a place designed just to suite them. Amazing place with amazing people working there.
The receptionists are all amazing and the providers as well. We followed Dr. Johnson when he opened this practice. My kids and I just love Amanda and she knows them so well. Always a pleasant experience!
My daughter’s pediatrician, Dr.Mancini retired unfortunately so I had to find a new one..I called a couple places & they didn’t have availability until months out. I called here & they could get my daughter in within a few days after a bad fall on the ice!
