The Flooring group recommended Joe Garcia to install our basement Cortex floor. We were told there were leveling problems but they could fix it..They screwed it up so badly that we had to hire an installer from Simply Floors to rip out, (1500 ft2 of flooring), spend 2 days leveling it correctly, and relaying the floor which is now gourgous.
