The Flooring group recommended Joe Garcia to install our basement Cortex floor. We were told there were leveling problems but they could fix it..They screwed it up so badly that we had to hire an installer from Simply Floors to rip out, (1500 ft2 of flooring), spend 2 days leveling it correctly, and relaying the floor which is now gourgous. My experience with The Flooring Group was not professional or easy. I was referred to The Flooring Group by a client to get tile for my business and my home. Audrey was the sales woman who worked with me and from the beginning I struggled with good communication. I placed a large order in March and had issues with getting calls back promptly from Audrey to order or ask about tile. It would typically take a couple days for her to get back to me.
