This company is top notch. They are professional, knowledgeable and reasonable. First, their inspector, Matt, really took his time inspecting our property, inside, outside and underneath. He wrote a detailed report, explained problems with earthquake and water damage and patiently answered all questions. He gave us a reasonable estimate within 24 hours. This company is a class act. Everything from the inspection to the actual work and final finishes was a perfect experience. Our house is on expansive soil, so that there are occasional cracks in the walls (especially after all this drought). Keith was great. He did a thorough inspection of my foundations (house, garage) and gave me some great pointers. I can't do the work at the moment, but he gave me some great tips and suggestions on how to stave off any future foundation damage and erosion. Bolting was something we really wanted to get right. We got a cheaper quote from another provider, but the work he wanted to do was less in scope, and his inspection was quick. Keith from Foundation Works was highly responsive and did a really detailed inspection and quote, and he explained everything in detail. Keith was prompt, friendly and professional. He did a thorough inspection of the foundation of a 100+ year old home we were in escrow on, and when he had to deliver bad news (very bad news) he did so gently and thoughtfully. We are grateful to this company for identifying the foundation issues in a detailed written report so we could make the very difficult decision to walk away from the deal.
