Check-in was quick and effortless, and the front desk agent went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and make me feel welcome. The hotel is brand new and beautifully designed. I absolutely loved the modern architecture and atmosphere. The room was the best hotel room I've ever slept in. It was quiet, spacious, incredibly comfortable, and had a beautiful view. My family and I booked a staycation at the Monarch during its first month of operation in April 2026. While the restaurant staff was excellent—friendly, welcoming, and professional—our experience with hotel security was completely unacceptable. Security personnel repeatedly followed us around the property, making my family feel watched, singled out, and extremely uncomfortable. We had done nothing to justify this treatment. I have no negatives about the hotel itself. There was nothing that happened that was less than exceptional. The rooms are well appointed, the bathrooms are spacious, and the amenities on the grounds are exceptional. The pool was one of the more enjoyable experiences my wife and I have had at any pool. It's cooled so it was exceptionally refreshing on a 100° day. Everything in this hotel has been thought about and that includes the outdoor showers and the wood flooring around the pool area.
