My provider is nice and I feel she has been helpful but she is late to every appointment, I accidentally missed one virtual appointment because I mistakenly double booked myself with my regular weekly therapist and was charged $150 out of pocket! You have to give them a two BUSINESS DAY notice of cancellation or they charge you an arm and a leg which is absurd. $150 for missing a virtual appointment when the provider cannot be on time and it takes a week for them to return any phone calls is unethical and outrageous. I have been to many mental health professionals in my life and I have never felt so respected. I see Ryan and Kathleen and they are both very attentive and caring. They will challenge you in a way that's extremely helpful and they figure out what you need and provide it. I was honestly losing hope before I went to this group, but now I feel like I have a chance to live a normal life. I couldn't recommend them enough.

I was a patient here for many years, and I just want to echo others complaints about how inaccessible they sometimes make care thorugh policies and inflexibility. I appreciated working directly with Dr. T, he helped me out a lot, but his other staff has let me down on numerous occasions, most recently when they wanted me to register as a new patient after asking to be re-instated into their care well within their 30 day window after discharge. I only met with Greta Thorkelson, so I can’t speak to the others at the practice, but if I could rate this less than 1 star off my experience with her, I would. She’s dismissive, extremely condescending, and I did not feel like she had my best interests in mind at all. I saw her for two visits without any clear plan for moving forward. She then recommended a third visit plus multiple costly bloodwork tests. I was a patient at the Nexus group for over a year. I could not speak highly enough of the team here and Dr. Nicole Snyder, who was my direct provider. Always friendly, always professional, and always helpful across the board. I’d highly recommend the Nexus Group!
