So glad I found The Nexus Group! My insurance went hard generic on meds & my previous Psych NP was not a good fit for this situation. I found my current Psych PA and drove more than an hour to have my first appointment with her about 2 years ago. She has been amazing! I have been to many mental health professionals in my life and I have never felt so respected. I see Ryan and Kathleen and they are both very attentive and caring. They will challenge you in a way that's extremely helpful and they figure out what you need and provide it. I was honestly losing hope before I went to this group, but now I feel like I have a chance to live a normal life. I couldn't recommend them enough.
I’ve been a patient here for years. They’re incredibly difficult to communicate with, and have a lot of ridiculous and inflexible policies. Just a frustrating experience overall that I would not recommend to anyone.
I only met with Greta Thorkelson, so I can’t speak to the others at the practice, but if I could rate this less than 1 star off my experience with her, I would. She’s dismissive, extremely condescending, and I did not feel like she had my best interests in mind at all. I saw her for two visits without any clear plan for moving forward. She then recommended a third visit plus multiple costly bloodwork tests. I reached out to establish care after moving to the area. I was contacted quickly by the office to schedule an appointment. My intake assessment was straight forward. The office was clean and modern. The follow up appointments have been virtual which was important to me. I have had several appointments with Jayne, and she has been very kind and understanding.
