I have been to many mental health professionals in my life and I have never felt so respected. I see Ryan and Kathleen and they are both very attentive and caring. They will challenge you in a way that's extremely helpful and they figure out what you need and provide it. I was honestly losing hope before I went to this group, but now I feel like I have a chance to live a normal life. I couldn't recommend them enough.

I was a patient here for many years, and I just want to echo others complaints about how inaccessible they sometimes make care thorugh policies and inflexibility. I appreciated working directly with Dr. T, he helped me out a lot, but his other staff has let me down on numerous occasions, most recently when they wanted me to register as a new patient after asking to be re-instated into their care well within their 30 day window after discharge. I was a patient at the Nexus group for over a year. I could not speak highly enough of the team here and Dr. Nicole Snyder, who was my direct provider. Always friendly, always professional, and always helpful across the board. I’d highly recommend the Nexus Group!

I only met with Greta Thorkelson, so I can’t speak to the others at the practice, but if I could rate this less than 1 star off my experience with her, I would. She’s dismissive, extremely condescending, and I did not feel like she had my best interests in mind at all. I saw her for two visits without any clear plan for moving forward. She then recommended a third visit plus multiple costly bloodwork tests. A bunch of mid-levels with very minimal supervision and training are out there doing independent diagnosis and treatment. This place is one of those medical centers where they are only there to take your money and pretend to be fake nice. They charge $150 for a missed appointment. they are so greedy that they charge you ahead of your appointment and keep a card on file that is automatically charged. Do not go here.
