Dr. Thorkelson is caring and thorough with a holistic approach. I have already recommended this practice to others!
Dr. Thorkelson is extremely caring, compassionate and very knowledgeable. He listens and then gathers information best suited for each person. I have seen many Psychiatrists that just want prescribe medicine and don't get to the roots of the problems. Dr. Thorkelson does and again he is genuine, caring and truly approaches this from a multi faceted approach I highly recommend!!!
When I first met Dr Thorkelson I was extremely sad. He has really helped me feel better by listening to me and giving me excellent advise with medications, vitamins and diet. He has also helped my daughter. He’s insightful and kind.
I’ve been seeing him for a couple months now and have noticed a huge imporovment in my mental health all around. He is easy to get along with and very trustworthy. As an autistic person I love coming to see him and look forward to our appointments. 10/10

Dr. Thorkelson helped two of my family members since 2013. He truly cares and takes time with us every visit. He goes out of his way to answer our questions...even ones we didn't think to ask.
He listens and respects the patient, proceeds with discussion in a thoughtful manner, is consistent with follow ups, phone calls and medication, and is a trustworthy guy with a great sense of humor. Top notch doctor. A+
He is understanding, compassionate and knowledgable. I moved to Colorado and he helped me transition smoothly though I have not yet found a doctor like him here.
