So the living experience here is pretty good, theirs a loud train but overall good neighbors and good area. Pizza and donut shop on the corner which are very friendly and decent food. That being said the new management company is a plague on humanity. They got rid of my auto pay without notice and proceeded to charge me a late fee of 120ish$. Honestly get what you pay for, it wasn’t the worst place but not the best place either. It was a very quiet place overall, sometimes a person sitting in the parking lot with their music playing loudly in the middle of the night but nothing “crazy.” Neighbors were quiet and people in the area can be very sweet, of course there is always that one cranky person no matter where you are. Only one maintenance person (who is ABSOLUTELY amazing!!). He helped out so much. Our dryer was down for two months and he kept trying to get it... read more
