Order check through clerk, she either never ordered them or order from somebody else account, plus when be added to parents account they add me to somebody else's account, was not a pleasant encounter

The Spencer branch of Tioga State Bank is the most unprofessional bank I’ve ever dealt with in over 30 years and in three different countries I’ve lived in. Every single time I deposited a cheque electronically they messed it up and cited bogus “policies.” They refused to remember my name even in the same conversation, physically took my phone out of my hands to try to sign into the app on it themselves, never responded to emails until I had to call their supervisors, and their technology is archaic. Tioga State Bank is a great place to bank! Always been welcomed! They treat you like your a family member, not like a cooperate number! there has been times I hit hard times and this bank bent over backwards to help me out! Yes they do go by banking rules or they wouldn't be able to survive like they have. You need a loan or need a place to put your money, Tioga State Bank is a great place to go to!
