Tim is a true asset to TSB and all customers. He was incredibly helpful and went above & beyond to help me set up a new account.
Good local bank that my family has been banking with for years. The people are personable and friendly. The website and phone app are of good quality and comparable to larger banks. My main complaint is that their hours are limited and it’s hard to get here during opening hours if you work 9-5. Obviously since they are a local bank chain, they aren’t available in almost any other state or most of NY. Fortunately with today’s technology you don’t need to visit the physical locations of banks very often.
The experience was great. The person that served me was polite and explained. Everything I needed to know. Thank you.
