This bank is amazing. The employees are so kind and polite. Our son has began to collect coins. Even just normal every day coins. The ladies working there are always so nice to him and accommodating. Great bank and awesome service.

As a realtor for over 18 years I have dealt with many banks on the other side of the loan process, and I think there could be some improvements made at Tioga State Bank to the lending process. Many banks have constant updates that inform you of the process of the loan, to let you know what is needed next from the buyer, to let the buyer know the loan is in underwriting etc. I think TSB should use something similar instead of multiple emails back and forth which can get confusing and something can be missed in the confusion.
A great experience to open an account and noodle thru some painstaking savings bonds... Thanks!
