I’m so grateful to have found Touch of Life Physical Therapy & Acupuncture- one of the best clinics in NYC. I’ve had an amazing experience at this physical therapy office. I see Dr. Jo for TMJ work and he’s been incredible—gentle, knowledgeable, and really thorough in explaining what’s happening and why. I’ve had noticeable relief since I started working with him. I also work with Dr. O for strength training and muscle imbalance. I saw Dr. Jo for low back pain, and after just two sessions, I already felt a huge improvement! He is clearly very knowledgeable and combines manual therapy with a variety of high-tech modalities. Dr. Jo is an extremely skilled and attentive physical therapist who takes the time to tailor each session to your specific needs. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for effective and professional care.
Can’t recommend Dr. Jo & Touch of Life Physical Therapy enough. Dr. Jo has helped me rehab multiple injuries over the years and is extremely knowledgeable in his understanding the body & how to best alleviate pain. He takes his time with each patient & I appreciate how he listens to the source of pain each time, adjusting the sessions as needed.
Dr. Jo has been absolutely amazing with his dedication towards healing my knee and foot, I cannot thank him enough. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for the best possible treatment for any ailments, injuries, or rehab.
