I received treatment from Dr. Jo and Dr. Richards for my TMJ and posture correction. They are both fantastic and very knowledgeable. They are very attentive and take the time to explain everything and how to address the issue. The sessions are always productive, and the home exercises have been manageable and effective. I’ve seen a significant reduction in my symptoms and am very happy with the progress I've made. Highly recommend!
As a trained athlete throughout my life, I’ve experienced physiotherapy a number of times at some well-known PT clinics in the U.S. & abroad. I have been going to Touch of Life Physical Therapy for a couple of months now and I highly recommend this place. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful. Any time I have any questions they answer it completely from the plan/road map to what the exercise or treatment does to help. The place is well equipped with all sorts of exercise equipment as well as high tech stuff (shockwave/laser therapy etc). I’ve had a really great experience working with Dr. Delaney Richards. Our sessions feel genuinely collaborative and I feel comfortable being honest about what I’m noticing because she actually uses that feedback to tailor the plan to me.
