Recently the high winds have been causing a terrible squeak in one of my turbines. My roof and turbines were all replaced a couple of years ago by Trinity Roofing. I called Paul Duncan to find out if they can be oiled or find a solution to the squeaking. He said he would check on it and call me back. A short time later he called and said not to worry about it and he would have it taken care of. They were out in two days to take care of it. I wouldn’t use anyone else! Thank you Paul.
This was a year in the making, NOT due to Trinity but due to my insurance company. Jan and Paul were fantastic to work with. When my insurance originally gave me the quote, Jan went back and forth with insurance because they were not trying to cover some items and it should be covered; she was able to get all areas that needed to be replaced or repaired done! I've had my roof replaced twice. The last time was Trinity Roofing. I replaced my shingles with Class IV shingles and the last hail storm that came through, I had no damage while many of my neighbors did. Paul Duncan and his crews are superb. They were quick, VERY proficient and cleaned up better than I could have imagined at the end of the job. Last year we needed a new roof and Alex with Trinty Roofing in Frisco, TX was our sales rep, and I must say that Alex is an awesome guy, no pressure to up sale their product, he took time to explain the difference in all the products and pricing, he also stayed in touch throughout the entire process to keep me informed, they did a wonderful job and I now have a beautiful roof, we decided to go with the best product they had to protect us from wind and hail damage, and after this last hail storm we had a couple of weeks ago.... read more
I used Trinity Roofing and Construction for my gutter replacement from 5" gutters to 6" gutters. Rick Longoria was the project manager who supervised the installation. Rick was here during and after the installation to make sure that I was pleased with the outcome, which was just perfect! The workers did an outstanding job and did not waste any time.
