The team at Trinity Roofing did an amazing job! Paul & Joel communicated very well with us and did a fantastic job the day of installation. Clean and efficient when we're trying to run a business. I highly recommend them.
Trinity Roofing and Alex were great through the whole process. Insurance originally didn't want support the claim despite the obvious damage and impacts. I previously had Trinity out a year prior where they had documentation of good roof condition and mentioned didn't need replacement (so they're honest!) which is what they used to push back against the insurance company to show the damage in less than a year from the major hail storm that went through the area. Alex with Trinity Roofing came to do an assessment of my roof. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. From the first phone call to the completion of the job, he was professional and on time. He provided a detailed explanation of the issue and was able to fix the cause that day. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Recently the high winds have been causing a terrible squeak in one of my turbines. My roof and turbines were all replaced a couple of years ago by Trinity Roofing. I called Paul Duncan to find out if they can be oiled or find a solution to the squeaking. He said he would check on it and call me back. A short time later he called and said not to worry about it and he would have it taken care of. They were out in two days to take care of it. I wouldn’t use anyone else! Thank you Paul.
