Easy & Quick True Solar took care of everything. There was little planning or anything that we needed to do. Installation was quick and everything is working great.
Excellent company! Top notch employees. Explained everything when I had questions. Electrician was phenomenal. Very easy to work with and knowledgeable about the process and the equipment. Also did a really good job on mounting conduit and boxes to my house so I could reside in the spring would definitely do business with them again if I have another solar project!
Great company to work with The process was incredibly seamless from start to finish. Our sales rep John was very informative in walking us through our options, and our project manager Brandi was communicative throughout the entire project. True Solar communicated with the city and utility companies so we barely had to lift a finger. Highly recommend.
True Solar Experieince The process from receiving their proposal to placing the order then installation and final approvals was very easy. A project manager was assigned to me who kept me informed of the approval process as well as worked with me to schedule the panel installation and electrical work. We had a great experience with everyone we worked with for our project. In just a little over 3 months, we went from our initial consultation to turning on our system, and we couldn’t be happier! Having the True Solar team handle everything along the way was great, and we’d recommend them to anyone in the market!
Knocked it out of the park True Solar did an exceptional job with my project. From the initial design to working with Alliant Energy to get it turned on; they handled every aspect. I can’t think of anything I would’ve had them do differently! I highly recommend them if you are looking at adding solar to your property.
