I had such a great experience with the leasing office. I was put on the waiting list for over a year. When my name come up I received a call well in advance to put in notice where I was living. I tried to fill out an application online, however they don't do that. I was told by the leasing agent because of the aging population of the people living there. Beautiful newly renovated cottages with central A/C and appliances. They also have large garages that are in the backyard. The community is very family friendly and in a great location.

I lived in Azalea Gardens for 5 years . It started as an affordable place to live in a quiet neighborhood. After awhile of staying in Azalea Gardens I have been dealing with black mold throughout the apartment. I would clean the black mold with a mold cleaning solution. But the black mold would return after a while. I would get sick often and suffer with my bronchitis asthma. Racist, called to speak about renting, nothing done over phone, fax or email, you need to come in, so they can SEE you. Rent elsewhere!

RENTER BEWARE!! After living here for a while, I noticed quite a few changes that I felt I should report. The office staff is unprofessional and need better communication skills. There has been a spike in vacancies lately. I wonder why? During Covid19, a decision was made by the "corporate office" (BUT NOT SHARED WITH TENANTS) to suspend tenants from late fees.
