I am going on my third year here and I can honestly say I love living here as much as when me and my husband moved in! Courtney the property manager is amazing! Maintenance is always done in a timely manner. It is also very quiet here which I appreciate more than anything. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment! Best place in Mechanicsville!

I did not even want to give these apartments a rating, but I had to in order to publish this review. My daughter and niece both moved into Brandy Hill Apartments with their two small children a little over 6 months ago. As a mom and an aunt I felt like this was going to be a good and safe new home for them both to live for several years; instead, there has been nothing but poor maintenance and the two adults and two small children that have live there have been sick left and right (my daughter has had a serious cough for o... read more
Lived here for 2 years. Staff is friendly and maintenance is very quick and efficient. A great place to live and close to lots of things. Schools are great too!
The so called "sound proofing" is non existent. You can literally hear the people above you walking around and if they talk loud enough you can hear the entire conversation. Cleanliness is horrible. I would not recommend living here to anyone.
