Bad location, bad rental company. I've lived here for 3 years now and have a laundry list of complaints against UPA and this community. The duplexes used to be single units and are connected for HVAC/plumbing to the street. I regularly find glass, vapes, and other objects at both the kid's park and basketball court. The 24 hour help line is outsourced and little to no help in a real emergency. When my kitchen sink started filling with water I called maintenance after trying to clear it myself. I lived here for a year back in 2022. I don’t recommend it at all. The duplexes are infested with roaches and smell weird. 3 weeks after I first moved in my dishwasher broke and it took maintenance 2 months to come out and fix it. There was also a time when my whole building’s plumbing broke and water started pouring out of the washing machine and toilets all over the floor/carpet. Riverwoods Apartments has been under new office management since mid 2023 with very positive results. Responses to work order needs and help with rental contract concerns have been courteous, professional and timely.

Amelia is so easy to do business with, she also followed up to make sure we were satisfied with the repair of our sink and stove. Jason made the repairs and even upgraded our faucet :)

We have been here for a few months. The Office Manager, Freddie, is great. Maintenance has been good. Reaching the office and talking with management has not been a problem. I really enjoy our duplex. The neighborhood can be sketchy but overall we've had no problems.
