Great place to live! Maintenance man is amazing! Fast response if there is a problem. Community is quiet and clean!
I LOVE calling Sadler Pond "Home!" Today my kids and I are celebrating our 1 year anniversary of moving in. I love that I haven't seen any snakes, nor any infestation of roaches. It's really nice and peaceful here, and I have great neighbors! I can't say enough about the site manager, Lesa, and Brandon, the maintenance staff. They both have given me nothing less than friendly, courteous, and professional service. All of my requests are attended promptly, and efficiently. I'm looking forward to another great year ahead!
Is a nice place I stay in a 3 bedroom apt is a nice size apartment . Spacious living room. I would give this place a 5 star if it won’t for the nasty neighbors. I stay on the first floor and they will literally throw the trash outside of the dumpster. The buildings already have bug problems, so I don’t see why they don’t try to maintain the area clean. We have a guy that comes in the morning and cleans up the area but the neglectful neighbors don’t make it easy I wish the dumpster don’t so close the apartments is embarrassi... read more
Do not move here! The apartments are roach infested and so is the parking lot! The property stop answering and returning my calls after numerous complaints about the roaches! It’s NEVER no where to park for your guest and they will tow your car if it’s not parked in a parking spot. The paint on the walls are cheap and stain easily!
Due to covid-19 I had to make some difficult decisions and needed a place to live immediately. I had searched all my options. One option was Sadler Ponds Apts. I met with the property manager Lesa on a Thursday and was quite impressed with her professionalism and inviting personality. I toured the building and met the maintenance manager Wallace also.
