Yesterday afternoon I dropped in to see if I could be treated for a bladder infection. I expected to wait a long time and even brought in my laptop, just in case. I was seen quickly and was very pleased with the Physician’s Assistants and all the other staff members that helped as well. In California I am actually trained as a professional trainer for customer service so I know quality when I see it. The computer portal adds an extra boost to the entire process.
My wife and I have been in to see this doctor many times. We are grateful for access to him for medical care. He is one of the best doctors we have ever consulted.
I had a great experience coming to the clinic it was a great environment everyone was very helpful and very concerned with what was going on with my father. If needed to come back again he will be returning to this clinic I really love how you could tell they love their job.
