I purchased via their website where it said that the product was available. Transaction went through perfectly. A few days later they cancelled the order. Then sent me an email saying it was cancelled because the product wasn't available and that they'll reimburse for the $245 which was the price showing on their website. The said they're sorry for the "inconvenience" and asked for my understanding. Meanwhile, this inconvenience costed me $40 for what they called a little understandable mistake. I bought all of my equipment from this place for my food truck. It was suggested to me by the manager to buy Asber equipment because they are one of the few companies that will warranty the items that are on a mobile food unit. Fair enough.
