Great experience. The villa was beautiful and the staff was 10/10. Breakfast and lunch service was excellent (thank you, Sharis!) and the housekeeping offered exceeded expectations (thank you, Blanca!) and concierge was able to help us with a lot of booking/planning (thank you, Mario!). We Highly recommend VEHM for all luxury travel needs in the Punta Mita area.
Cola de Ballena is the best place ever!!! We have never done a home and we were so scared because we’re such hotel people. We’ve been to Punta Mita four seasons twice as well as the St Regis but now we’re too big of a family for their villas. We are huge four seasons fans and really value their incredible service. We stayed in Punta Mita in a VEHM property, Casa Dali, this past Christmas. Our stay was incredible. The house was stunning (better than the pictures) and perfect for our large family with lots of children. The house staff made our trip so comfortable and they were all so kind, attentive and amazing with our small children. Omar our concierge took care of everything we needed (rentals, nannies, reservations, car services) and was attentive and immediately responsive to all our needs.
