Easy Backing. Quick loading. Friendly staff. Washroom : not sure
Shipping is serious joke here. We were picking partial load. Spent 3hrs to get loaded. They shipped wrong shipment, unloaded and went to the lunch. Everything you ask them, they cannot help or don't have time After loading right shipment they didn't have one more pallet and had to bring from another warehouse. We lost second partial because they unprofessionalism here.
Came to deliver a truck load of stuff. One of the workers told me to go ahead and go to the back of the building and dock up. When I got there the dock wasn’t available and there is barely enough room to turn the truck around. So I was quite frustrated with that. However, once I got it out, I was unloaded across the street fairly quickly.
This is a great place.I love the products they make for their animals.
