I like the Internet speed so far. The process of installation however took two tries to get it right instead of one try. Not sure if the first person knew what they were doing during the first installation but the second guy doing what he thought was a quick fix had to redo the installation job as the first guy used the wrong cables and giving me only half the Internet speed I was paying for. They dug a 3 foot hole, but some wire in, left quite a bit of wire out, set the box next to the hole and called it a day. That was 3 month's ago and I still have a 3 foot hole with wire coming out and a box sitting next to it. We have called your office 3 different times with promises of taking care of it with NOTHING being done. Nothing but liars.
We have called the office to request you finish installing fiber in our area. The management company of the apartments I am living in has contacted you. Tenants have contacted you. There is fiber dangling from power poles all around us. Spools of fiber sitting on the corner of business districts. The 1-star review gets removed when you can finish the job over here. Spoke with Zach, a representative that came by and spoke with us. He was informative and explained the installation process. The install tech Daniel was proficient, personable and proficient. The connectivity is lightning fast compared to the "other", I am throughly pleased.
The technican called before arriving, was on time, instillation was professional and considerate of my housing needs. He was also very good at educating me on using the equipment.
