All staff members were great from start. We have a 3200 sqft home and installed 3 wireless modems to cover all areas. The range of wireless is great . The wireless modem in the attic upstairs would still connect to farthest point in downstairs bedroom at the max download speed of 1g (the package we picked) . We will need to wait and see how this holds up over time but so far it’s been everything that we expected and more. A great start overall. Thank you
Spoke with Zach, a representative that came by and spoke with us. He was informative and explained the installation process. The install tech Daniel was proficient, personable and proficient. The connectivity is lightning fast compared to the "other", I am throughly pleased.
The technican called before arriving, was on time, instillation was professional and considerate of my housing needs. He was also very good at educating me on using the equipment.
Great fiber internet. HORRIBLE customer service. I still haven’t received my call from their manager that was supposed to review my account for unexplained charges. We tried to cancel our account and the customer representative stated there is no fees and we don’t have to submit a request to cancel our account because it’s due to be shut off anyways. So far so good. Have had installed for about a week and everything is great. Easy to use and apps help monitor all access and usage with ease.
