Vexus installation went smoothly, we were very impressed with our service installer, he was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable! Jimmy managed our cable burial and you can hardly see where the line is buried, the grass still looks great! He also strung the cable behind all obstacles, so you can only barely see it going into our home! Very pleased with your Tyler, TX crew!
The tech arrived and set everything up, and did not leave until I had “tested” all devices in all rooms to make sure we could use multiple devices at the same time. The customer service is excellent! They helped set my bill on the date of my preference, and the bill is exactly the amount that they said it would be. I’m very happy! I’ve even talked my next door neighbor into switching, and I’ve been telling my across the street neighbors, whom I think will be switching soon.
Very happy with my recent experience moving my home Internet to Vexus fiber! The transition was quick and all of the installers and company reps were pleasant. I have the 1G service up and down and it is great and stable unlike my previous provider that was Optimum but not optimum!
Daniel Robinson was our installer and he did a wonderful job. He got us connected quickly and was able to get everything up and running. He was very polite and very professional, willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied with everything. Thank you Daniel! We have had Vexus for a week now and it is so nice for the internet to stay on and be able to. It is much better than the company I was with for 19 years. I think we will be with Vexus a very long time.
Wowza! So excited to finally do business with Vexus. Their technician, Joey L. was fabulous! He was punctual, informed, had expertise, listened to concerns, was flexible to accommodate us and was a problem solver! He was polite and dressed professionally! He not only did installation, but stayed to make sure all devices connected properly and speed was up to our order! I’m so pleased to be a Vexus customer!!
