Andrea initially helped us get signed on with Vexus. Now that we need to find a different TV piece, as Vexus is phasing out that service, Andrea has once again gone above and beyond in helping us figure out the best fit. She has taken the time to help my elderly parents and is so patient to explain to them. I appreciate her level of customer service and genuine care for my folks. I wish I could give her 100 stars.
It took this company 3 separate installation attempts and then 2 troubleshooting visits to get me back to work. I work from home exclusively online and I was put out of business for over seven days. The best the company did was offer a pittance of $220 for my mental and financial troubles that they were responsible for. Only had for a few days and cancelled due to previous provider offering a better price. The service was fine. Upload speed was extremely fast but the download speed, the more important one, was a bit lower than my current provider. Not slow by any means though and was consistent overall. Not the biggest fan of how I'm expected to pay for the installation when all other providers in my area do not charge for that. Vexus is the best we used to have optimum but we were paying $80 for only 300mbps and now that we switched we only pay $57 for 1 gig fiber internet way faster than optimum, they also just added a eero in my room because I have slower speeds in my room would recommend Vexus Fiber if it's available in your area 👌
