Just had it installed William was my tech he was very friendly and explained everything speeds look great compared to spectrum. Switching from an existing residential Internet with Spectrum to a new fiber Internet with Vexus installation complexity process is a little more invasive requiring to sign up for service first instead of sending the installation tech to do a preliminary before signing up. The agent with Vexus explaining how the process of getting service was condescending and thought she was doing me a favor just picking up the phone. It’s been multiple times that they set up appointments all for the technicians to not show up.when they finally do they say they can’t do the job for one reason or another. There nothing but excuses very disappointed
Aaron came and fixed my router and my internet is amazing. My family and I love it so far!
