The customer service has been great and had a great conversation installer. The installation was quick and easy and didn’t have any issues with the service. Every rep that has contacted me per my request has been very friendly and received a few emails for my installation reminder.
I am a new customer with Vexus who, up until this point, was living in apartments and didn't really have a say in what company my internet came from. Some friends recommend Vexus a while back and so I took the chance as soon as I closed on my house. Setting up the installation appointment was quick and easy and the installation itself was also quick with no issues. We have been very pleased with the speed and the service of Vexus! We had Mrs. Rocky helping us and she got us setup up quickly! The tech who came to set up our boxes was very diligent and worked a long time to get everything fixed correctly. He had to replace the entire wire line because it was bad and it was very much weathered. He was at our house for almost two hours and did everything he needed. I was so excited to get away from Optimum. Internet was down for several hours today and is now down again. No one is there to answer phones, and my job requires internet. Now I get to choose between crappy service 24/7 that at least comes back on quickly or great service with multiple outages that last hours. From the beginning, service was great. Customer service was friendly and answered ALL of my questions, technician that did install was efficient and thorough. Service has been great, a little bit of a learning curve with the Eero app, but fast internet and affordable price. That is probably the only concern I have is what will happen after promotional price is over, I have been reassured that prices don’t hike up, but everyone says that and has rarely been my experience with other companies.
