I have been at this apartment for about one month and I love it I did my first initial walking on my first day moving in and when I moved in the ceilings were so tall, two bathrooms patio, open kitchen and dining area, wall-to-wall carpet no carpet Mrs Jenkins and the maintenance man were both there with me throughout the walking of my new move-in. We've lived here for 6 years. Honestly it has been a positive experience for the most part. I encountered upper management from regional and she was a little rude. Even though she was trying to get apartments ready for inspection customer service is still a must. They have done an excellent job with handling any repairs that we've needed along with giving us a wheelchair space for parking. We've not encountered crime. My daughter is a resident of this community. She has experienced degradation and disrespect through her various encounters with rental property staff. It should be understood, that operating systems under their control, are not the new slave ships on land, rather than water. We never have to find comfort with disrespect on any level. It's always unacceptable. Interactions with office staff, delineates very poor customer experiences.

This is a picture of the dumpster when its broken....... with all these apartments only two dumpsters out here. It's now $85.00 per bag of trash found outside the dumpster. Follow up..........they fix it with having two extra dumpsters but it still fills up quick. Trash was back in front of it. My solution or opinion maybe if they put a dumpster at each end of each apartment entrance. Then again with the parking so terrible out here and the money they pay to live out there the tenants would have somewhere to park and not... read more

There no grace period for the rent so you'll have to pay on the first anything after the first is a late fee. Quiet area, good maintenance and they do rental inspection every three months so make sure your house is order if your blinds are slightly broken or broken they will charge you 45 dollars for replacement. The trash compactor is always broken and when it is they want you to hold your garbage in your home until they fix the issue it usually take a day.
