I went to Vital Spa in January for my birthday with a friend and it was amazing! We both did a salt float for the first time and it was so relaxing. There is a shower right in the room, with shampoo, body wash, and conditioner, so you can rinse off/shower before and after. I also got a body scrub and spent some time in the sauna. They give you a robe to wear between treatments, if you are doing more than one, and they have the best honey citron tea! We both loved it, highly recommend, and are definitely going back!

I'm now certain I've never had a real massage until today. The 2 hour massage by Alex is an experience everyone should have at least once in their lifetime.

The float therapy was amazing. It was calming and helped with my back pain. The staff (Alex) was super knowledgeable and explained everything. The atmosphere at Vital was perfect. They also have gifts! And after my session, the tea was a perfect touch & great for re-hydration. So happy to have this as an addition to Bridge Street (Ashtabula) . I will be back soon!

I have to rave about this! It is one of many massages I've had, yet by far thee absolute best! I had Shawnda, and I will Be scheduling once a month with her!

LOVED my first time experience her. I got the vital massage and a monthly massage membership. Alex was my masseuse…he was pretty gentle for the first go around. I hope he’ll dig a bit deeper when I return. He was very knowledgeable about his craft and has many specialty’s coming to the spa…Thai massage, cupping, myofascial release techniques. The tea served post massage was a delight. I can’t wait to try out the sauna and float tank!! The facials looked amazing as well. So nice to have such good services locally!
