Such a great place, that has been nothing but good to me. From Tom Spooner down, each and every staff member have been so kind and always had welcome arms. They have helped change my life tremendously, which is still a work in progress. I highly recommend this place if you are struggling in addiction or trauma. God bless Warriors Heart.
I spent 6 months at WH last year. I was in a very dark place. I was addicted to perks and alcohol. I had 3 suicide attempts before arriving to WH. While I was there I dealt with under trained staff members that would harass and write me up for a bunch of petty offenses. When I asked to get a copy of my write up I was told it was illegal for me to see them. Warriors Heart is an incredible place. Between the staff at WH, the location & the clients, you can’t find another place that offers the same experience, education & therapeutic value. To have a facility run by first responders and first responders as clients is unique in its self. 17 years active duty and would not be alive without Warriors Heart. Inpatient Oct 22-Dec 22 and sober living after until March 23. Fantastic facility, great staff and huge support from fellow warriors there.
