The only good thing I got out of warriors heart was the sound machine from CR. Otherwise I left WH no different than the day I arrived. If not even worse off. More frequent nightmares, more frequent flashbacks, more frequent panic attacks. I included a picture of the shoe pile. This picture stuck with me, and I find myself looking at it nearly every day because I know my pair will be there probably before the end of the year, if not sooner. I don't know if WH failed me, or I failed myself, or both. I guess the blame can and... read more

If your loved one needs basic help, help that can be found in a workbook with boxes to check for progress, this is the place for them. They can get the help they need! But if your loved one has real trauma, PTSD, or needs clinicians who understand that "one size fits all" is not the correct way to go about substance abuse and trauma therapy, find somewhere else. I can't express enough how greatful I am to these wonderful people and the huge heart they have. They spend everyday looking out for and taking care of Warriors who are lost and seeking peace and stability in their lives. Tom Spooner and the staff at WH are wonderful people who truly care about the Warriors they serve! Thanks for everything!

I am just now posting this review because I finally beat my addiction demons on my own. I was at WH in 2015 and it was awesome I felt safe and at home. Vonnie was the best counselor I have ever had. We are still friends today because she truly cares. I have no complaints with W.H. then . Lisa and Kyle were there always available. I didn't want to go home, that says a lot about a great R.T.C. Fast forward to 2023, I returned to W.H. on my own because I was slowly killing myself. When I got there I was shocked at how m... read more

My name is Philip Walker I went there a while back. Horrible experience on my part. I left the program early. The counselor I had there just want to get me back into the collective, her words. It seemed like all the individuals that finished the program knew they were going to go and take their own life after finishing the program. From my perspective, on 503c programs like this one. That’s way they can try and take what you have earned in life. Then make you work to get back scraps. That’s not something I need in my life a... read more
