Our salesman, Larry McPherson was excellent, friendly and courteous. He was knowledgeable about the cars, but not at all pushy about the cars. Hudson, was the first name of the gentleman who prepared our price quotes on the 3 vehicles we looked at and gave us fair quotes. We were shopping to trade in our 2005 Chev Impala, purchased there nearly 20 yrs. before. Went in to sell my mother's car which went extremely smoothly. While in the showroom I saw a truck on the floor that I had to have and ended up leaving with it. Overall it was a great experience and if you're going in make sure you ask for Hollywood
Service staff was adequately friendly, not overly friendly, but friendly enough. Response time was amazing, as we were camping nearby, and they were able make substantial repairs to our 2500HD in just over 24 hours. Eddie. the service manager, kept us updated via text along the way, and notified us promptly when our truck was ready to pick up. For that, they get 5 stars.
Customer service was top notch Mike and Tony took very good care of me. Address my concerns in a timely manner. Put my brand new F350 back together as I had created an “oops” it looks brand new all over again. I am sooo glad I decided to go there.
