Today was my first oil change on my new car! I have never been to their service department and was so deeply grateful for the great experience it was! The service department where you drive in and get out of your car was not in the shop! It was quiet and clean and I actually went inside to check in! When I bought my brand new 2025 Equinox RS, I never imagined that within the first year and under 12,000 miles, I’d be making four warranty trips to the dealership for the same unresolved problems.
