Big County (Joe Montgomery) came out BIG! I appreciate being able to do business on a personable level rather than just as sales client. A very honest and reputable veteran! On the sales front, he bought my vehicle within $1200 of what I was asking. And beat out other big car lots. He will be the first to come to mind when buying and selling future vehicles!

Experience is specifically with service department. We drove two hours for an appointment to fix recalls, fix a washer fluid hose issue, and an issue with a pretty bad noise while turning the vehicle either direction, and flashing check engine light, and two other lights on the dash. We were notified the next morning that the vehicle was ready for pickup. Upon questioning, the washer fluid issue had not been addressed. But we were later notified they had “fixed” the issue. When I bought my brand new 2025 Equinox RS, I never imagined that within the first year and under 12,000 miles, I’d be making four warranty trips to the dealership for the same unresolved problems.
