Service staff was adequately friendly, not overly friendly, but friendly enough. Response time was amazing, as we were camping nearby, and they were able make substantial repairs to our 2500HD in just over 24 hours. Eddie. the service manager, kept us updated via text along the way, and notified us promptly when our truck was ready to pick up. For that, they get 5 stars.
The place was great and have amazing prices. The employees there are kind and helpful and are willing to go an extra mile for their customers. Trent and the others were very helpful and patient with me. I will make sure to buy from there again. I love my new truck!!
Amazing experience! Chris listed our jeep on Facebook and instantly I called him to get a hold on it! We came same day to get the vehicle - such a simple process - we scooped it up within minutes of them having it ready to sell! Awesome salesman - awesome finance lady! In and out in 30 minutes - jeep is flawless! Chris did an awesome job explaining the ins and outs of all the upgrades and how the features worked and also went above and beyond to help me get the winch cable tight again!
