These guys were on top of it. They held a vehicle without issue for over a week and didn’t sell it from under me. David Biggerstaff was amazing to deal with. He was there every step of the way and helped negotiate a really good deal on a brand new truck. David is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I will definitely be going back for future business.
I have zero complaints with the dealership; they did the best they could with what they were provided from GM. My issue is with GM itself, not having parts for a 2026 truck in stock is my real issue. The dealership had my truck for 7 weeks (I only owned it for 10 days prior to issue) because the part was on backorder with zero in stock anywhere throughout the GM company. Today was my first oil change on my new car! I have never been to their service department and was so deeply grateful for the great experience it was! The service department where you drive in and get out of your car was not in the shop! It was quiet and clean and I actually went inside to check in! Very pleasant dealership! Everyone there was super nice. They had just got in a 2022 Subaru WRX GT and David Biggerstaff was the salesman that helped me get my dream car! You will not be disappointed with West Chevrolet. David Biggerstaff is a phenomenal salesman. Very helpful and knowledgeable.
