Today was my first oil change on my new car! I have never been to their service department and was so deeply grateful for the great experience it was! The service department where you drive in and get out of your car was not in the shop! It was quiet and clean and I actually went inside to check in! Big County (Joe Montgomery) came out BIG! I appreciate being able to do business on a personable level rather than just as sales client. A very honest and reputable veteran! On the sales front, he bought my vehicle within $1200 of what I was asking. And beat out other big car lots. He will be the first to come to mind when buying and selling future vehicles!
Experience is specifically with service department. We drove two hours for an appointment to fix recalls, fix a washer fluid hose issue, and an issue with a pretty bad noise while turning the vehicle either direction, and flashing check engine light, and two other lights on the dash. We were notified the next morning that the vehicle was ready for pickup. Upon questioning, the washer fluid issue had not been addressed. But we were later notified they had “fixed” the issue.
