Westfall is a wonderful company - The reason I say this is because from the moment their sales person came to my home - to the moment they left , all of it was an absolutely pleasant experience. They were kind. Considerate. Listened to my concerns and delivered.! They were reasonably priced and done fairly quickly.
Chose Wesfall Roofing after interviewing several roofing companies and speaking with Eric - roofing consultant . He was very thorough explaining everything as the other companies just gave me the information without going over details/questions that I had. And may seem like a small detail; but actually asked me if I wanted him to remove his shoes before coming in , which he graciously did. Entire process was easy and professional. I solicited 5 bids and Westfall was competitively priced with superior products and the best customer service. Will use on future projects.
Westfall did an excellent job in replacing our roof. HOWEVER, as you can see from the photos below, Westfall damaged several of our soffit panels when reinstalling after the roof was complete. We contacted the sales person, the crew manager, Mr. Westfall, and customer support regarding the damage. We received an email saying that someone would contact us to come out and evaluate the damage. They have not come out to review the damage after several additional contacts from us. Westfall Roofing is one of the best contractors I’ve ever worked with. We have a small flat roof on the back of our house that was replaced by Westfall in August of 2023 and we’re very happy with the roof and their service. When Hurricane Milton decided to take off a good portion of our shingled roof in 2024 we did not hesitate to call Westfall again.
