Chose Wesfall Roofing after interviewing several roofing companies and speaking with Eric - roofing consultant . He was very thorough explaining everything as the other companies just gave me the information without going over details/questions that I had. And may seem like a small detail; but actually asked me if I wanted him to remove his shoes before coming in , which he graciously did. I am very impressed with the level of service I received. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and they made sure I understood every step. If you want a roofing company that truly cares about its customers, this is the one.

Westfall Roofing is one of the best contractors I’ve ever worked with. We have a small flat roof on the back of our house that was replaced by Westfall in August of 2023 and we’re very happy with the roof and their service. When Hurricane Milton decided to take off a good portion of our shingled roof in 2024 we did not hesitate to call Westfall again. I’d give zero if I could. I contacted this company via phone last October to get the roof warranties emailed to me, as I am the new homeowner and the roof was 2 years old and there were nail pops. After a few days without a response, I found an email online. I emailed on October 31 to get that warranty. This took 3 days to get this emailed to me and was told I’d be contacted to have my roof inspected. It took 9 days and follow up emails and phone calls to get someone to come take a look.
