Recently had complete roof installed. I watched the work being done and also had a pictorial review of work done and completed. I found this helpful as I was not on the roof. I needed a substantial amount of plywood that was numbered so I was sure what I paid for got installed. Every detail was reviewed with me and my questions answered. Most important was the professionalism and customer service displayed from sales, contact with office staff and the actual employees who installed my roof. The cleanup was great. I met with Bruce MANG today to discuss a new roof. Bruce was very patient and easy to work with. I have not had a new roof in 21 years and just didn’t know all the questions to ask. Bruce explained everything and away that I could understand. Bruce was very personable and put me at ease right away. I appreciate the quick timing on getting back with me after my initial online contact.
