Have absolutely loved them!! The staff are super friendly. My vehicle has been repaired multiple times. They maintain the integrity of my vehicle every single time. They understand that my poor Lucille (yes I named my car) is getting old so give the utmost loving care that they can. They are up front about costs and try to find the best pricing possible. I originally went to Westside tire because of the raving reviews But I was sadly disappointed in the services that I received I took my Toyota Camry to get all four tires replaced and get my back wheel bearings done (didn’t need done), The day my car appointment was the lady called me to Upsell me on a few services which I happily accepted (Transmission flush and front differential). We got new brakes, rotors, and tire rotation and what a great job westside tire in youngstown did. Clean work great pads and rotors not the cheap stuff and customer service was great! Of course we take really good care of our car that’s 8 years old and only 55,000 miles so we appreciate them taking care of our car like we do.
