Absolutely stellar customer service. I was about to travel out of the country and needed my hearing aids delivered fast. I got in contact with Matt and he was incredibly helpful. He proactively reached out to me on many occasions keeping me updated on the progress of the shipment and assuring me of its timely arrival. Purchased Signia Pure C&G 7IX with lifetime TeleCare programming support. Paid far less than buying these through a local audiologist. After submitting my audiology test results, the HA were delivered quickly and programmed per my hearing test. A quick follow up call with their audiologist refined the programming along with setting up the 6 user defined programs. All of this was done remotely via the Bluetooth connectivity of the Hearing Aids.
