Terrible return policy they make you pay for the shipping back and then when they receive it they don't tell you call you or refund your money. you have to go out of your way and call them and read them the tracking number from your shipper to prove they have it just to get your money back.... they've had my part for over a week now and still won't give me my money, terrible customer service Side not : the box my prop came in was beat up but the prop was unharmed

Beware - this company either does not have quality controls, or they outsource all their products and wash their hands of any responsibility. I ordered the voltmeter, and when I received it, it was completely the wrong one (white face, not silver, different prongs in the back), BUT, it was in in the correct packaging. I ordered the incorrect set of parts from them and informed them the same day I needed to cancel the order. They canceled it by the next day, found the correct parts for me and they arrived in a few days. Very helpful and courteous! I'll order from them again for sure.

Ordered prop from Wholesale Marine, Installed on boat, boat did not get up on plane. Kept prop in execellent condition, including box and all packing materials. Called to return and was told there would be a $30 restocking charge, which is 41% on a $71.49 prop. Reviewed return information on their website, saw NOTHING about restocking fee anywhere. Won't be ordering from them again.

I ordered three water buoys that were advertised and billed by Wholesale Marine as freight free however some one there shipped them by large truck instead of UPS and I was somehow left on the hook for six months with a $2600.00 freight bill from Fed Ex. My credit score suffered until I finally threatened to sue Wholesale Marine. To add insult to injury they acted like they were doing me a favor by finally taking care of the matter.
