Terrible return policy they make you pay for the shipping back and then when they receive it they don't tell you call you or refund your money. you have to go out of your way and call them and read them the tracking number from your shipper to prove they have it just to get your money back.... they've had my part for over a week now and still won't give me my money, terrible customer service Side not : the box my prop came in was beat up but the prop was unharmed

I ordered an item from them that I needed immediately. Their site showed that it was in stock. I never received any shipping information on my order so after a few days I called to get an eta on the order. They could not provide me with an eta. After waiting a week with no update on the order I decided to purchase the item from somewhere else and cancel the order with wholesale marine. I placed an order with Wholesale Marine for Volvo Penta parts, including Volvo Penta 824134 Plate, which I never received. They told me I would get a refund after they submit a lost shipment claim, but despite multiple follow-ups, no refund ever came. To make matters worse, another item I received was incorrect — the label had the correct part number, but the part inside was wrong. I ordered the incorrect set of parts from them and informed them the same day I needed to cancel the order. They canceled it by the next day, found the correct parts for me and they arrived in a few days. Very helpful and courteous! I'll order from them again for sure.

Beware - this company either does not have quality controls, or they outsource all their products and wash their hands of any responsibility. I ordered the voltmeter, and when I received it, it was completely the wrong one (white face, not silver, different prongs in the back), BUT, it was in in the correct packaging. This was either a return that was not checked, or someone swapped it. Either way, it was not the correct gauge. When I contacted Wholesale Marine, the gave me instructions like I was a retail shop.
