I can’t recommend Erin enough. I was dealing with some pain and tightness in my calves and feet plus a little shoulder soreness from a period of intense workouts (CrossFit) and from the first time I went, I felt so much better right away. Erin is so attentive and knows exactly how to help whatever ailments you might have. I should’ve been going to Erin way before!
