Quiet neighborhood and affordable rent but they could definitely use some renovations. Although the apartments are outdated but maintenance does an amazing job fixing things swiftly.
This review is for Peter the Property Manager at Witchduck Crescent Apts where my mother has lived for 12 years. Since his leadership he has shown to be very helpful and responsive when she calls and has an approachable personality. My mom appreciates his attentiveness to detail.

Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Upper management doesn't seem to care about employees or tennants. Goes through maintenance and property managers like candy. Loyal tennants don't get appreciation. They sweep their problems in the apartments under the rug but hold the tennants to their part with no wiggle room.
Small quiet community that you will feel like home at. The property manager and maintenance personal are very professional yet friendly. I live at the apartments and feel safe all the time. Nice landscaping.
