I’ve been living at Wyndhurst Villas for about six years now, and it has truly been a wonderful experience. The office staff—Kim and Melissa—have always been incredibly helpful and responsive. Whether it's maintenance requests or questions about rent, they handle everything with professionalism, warmth, and clear communication. They’re always friendly and make you feel welcome. I haven’t had a single issue during my time here, and I genuinely enjoy living in this community.
Grateful for a lovely apartment and even more grateful for Melissa Cox. The customer service has been exceptional. Melissa has been responsive and genuinely caring Her professionalism, quick follow-through, and kindness make living here a pleasure.
The worst apartment complex ever. The nastiest property manager I have ever met. She goes by whatever a resident complains about rather than communicate to whoever the complaint was about. You have to pay for almost everything that needs to be replaced. I would not recommend.
I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Windhurst Villas so far. From the very beginning, the move-in process was smooth and well-organized. Love the staff. Melissa and Kim listen to my concerns - even if they can't help, they provide suggestions for resolution of everything. The maintenance staff is friendly and understanding. I've lived all over the country and every property has issues, but I'm quite happy with Wyndhurst Villas. I feel heard and seen and treated like an individual, not a rent check.
