Been here for a few years now...never an issue. Repairs are done usually same day, the leasing office is always available and ready to help, and Melissa and Kim have always gone above and beyond.
I’ve been living at Wyndhurst Villas for about six years now, and it has truly been a wonderful experience. The office staff—Kim and Melissa—have always been incredibly helpful and responsive. Whether it's maintenance requests or questions about rent, they handle everything with professionalism, warmth, and clear communication. They’re always friendly and make you feel welcome. I haven’t had a single issue during my time here, and I genuinely enjoy living in this community.
Love the staff. Melissa and Kim listen to my concerns - even if they can't help, they provide suggestions for resolution of everything. The maintenance staff is friendly and understanding. I've lived all over the country and every property has issues, but I'm quite happy with Wyndhurst Villas. I feel heard and seen and treated like an individual, not a rent check.
This is a fantastic place to live! The office staff are always welcoming and kind, making the community feel like home. The maintenance team is responsive, efficient, and incredibly helpful whenever a need arises. I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Windhurst Villas so far. From the very beginning, the move-in process was smooth and well-organized.
