I will start by saying that I fell to a very unfortunate health situation. I met Dr. Makarawo while in the hospital for massive blood loss. Dr. Makarawo spent so much time as an advocate for my situation as I was continuing to get even worse news. After I was released from the hospital he was following up with my Oncologist when I would speak with him he already knew the results of bloodwork and other tests. This never happens. Dr. Makarawo took care of me when I was admitted to Abrazo Arrowhead Hospital with a serious case of appendicitis. He had to perform a rather unexpected appendectomy while I was on blood thinners. His sincere manner of concern and follow up was just amazing. I am so grateful that he was there and took outstanding care of me!!

I've had years of issues and been told nothing could be done. Seen Dr. Makarawo and the issue was taken care of in a few weeks. He sincerely cares for his patients and sits down with you and listens and gives different options if available. After hours was also amazing my calls were returned in a timely manner. He's put my mind at ease with his confidence and knowledge.

Dr. Makarawo saw my wife’s chart in the hospital. He immediately made contact and aggressively provided the care my wife needed to heal and GET OUT of the as quickly as possible. His after care instructions and comfortable ways really put me at ease in this emergency. My wife is completely healthy now. And she considers him an Angel.
