The office staff was inviting and professional. Courteous and kind. Dr Forster-Barthell was excellent in her explanation her findings and making us feel as if ease. By the time we left the office, she had thoroughly explained and answered all questions asked by me and my wife.
Dr. Forstner-Barthell is the “Top Doc” in her specialty here in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area. She is highly skilled, very professional, and has a great bedside manner. I would highly recommend her. I’d give her a six star overall rating, if there was one!!
Prior to meeting Dr. Forstner I was terribly nervous and worried about having a colonoscopy based on my first experience 6-7 years ago at a different surgery center. During my initial consult with the doctor made feel at ease and comfortable. She explained what to expect and assured me that I was in good hands. Dr. was absolutely great! I had seen other doctors and been thoroughly tested and nothing worked. I was in almost constant agony! Dr. Forster-Barthell immediately put me on pro-biotics with supplements and in 3 days I felt like a new person. I will be eternally grateful.
Dr Adrienne Forstner Barthell, and Staff are respectful, caring, professional. They take time to listen to you, your concerns and questions. The environment is clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommended Colon & Rectal Center of Arizona.
