I had surgery in Oregon over the holidays. It didn’t go well. When I got home to Arizona, I was referred to Dr. Kevin Masur to see what he could do to help me. He resolved all the issues from the first surgery and also found some unusual spots on my liver. He took the initiative to do a biopsy which thankfully came back negative. He personally called me to tell me the results. Most of the other physicians with whom I have dealt usually have a PA or nurse call with the results. Found Dr Masur and Advanced Surgical Associates after a poor experience with another surgeon (insurance and scheduling). The office was on top of everything, and Dr Masur was top notch. He answered questions, explained everything, and performed a perfect surgery. Couldn't have asked for anything better.
I had a great experience with Dr. Maser. He explained everything clearly both before and after my hernia surgery. He is easy to talk to and listens and you don't feel rushed. Great bedside manner.
Dr. Masur is very down to earth. He spent a good amount of time explaining my procedure step by step, took the time to answer my questions and made me feel very comfortable. My surgery was a success and the follow up from Dr. Masur's staff was fantastic.
