Affairs to Remember really made it easy for me as far as planning my wedding. Whenever I had a question via email or phone, it never took them more than an hour to respond. They were always helpful and kind. On my wedding day they not only provided truly exceptional food, but all of the table linens, china, and decorations such as vases and candelabras. I wanted to be able to give Affairs to Remember 5 stars all the way around, but the food presentation was not as promised. Maybe our mistake was trying to add an ethnic touch to the meal knowing that the chef was accustomed to creating that! We were promised that he would be on site, and he wasn't. Furthermore, there were some items missing from the original menu that was agreed upon.
