This is one of the most professional and caring, responsible and respectful groups out there. They go out of their way for their homeowners, their homes and how they screen for residents. AMG goes above and beyond and if you see a complaint, it's from the ones they didn't approve or allow to do what should not be allowed on behalf of the homeowner! Go team!! Allegiant Management has gone out of their way to secure the happiness and satisfaction of me and my children. If you are looking to rent, buy or have your property managed you can not go wrong with Allegiant Management Group. AMG made our move from Ohio in 2017 a seamless transition. If you want a property company that doesn’t communicate, avoids phone calls , emails and text messages, then this is that type of company all day. If you want to be spoken to rudely and hung up on then is the company for you then. I would never recommend them ever to any of my family, friends, colleagues, and rental clients in the insurance industry. They over charge all kinds of fee They lack compassion and empathy especially when tenants are hospitalized for two heart attacks. Stay away!!!!

I never write reviews but I am over our property manager. We have been renting a property managed by Allegiant Management Group since January 2016 and I have never worked with such an unprofessional property manager. Just to rent the place my husband and I left several voicemails/emails and didn't hear back from him, that should've been a sign! Rented property for 2 years and after a contract is over, AMG decides to raise the rent $275.00 for no reason and I always paid rent and kept the house up like it was my own. As a military veteran you wouldn't think this can happen without a reason. AMG doesn't care about the family or the future of the family living in their property, just money. If you want a stable future with you and your family as far as where to live then stay away from AMG, it will save you moving fees and everything that goes with it.
