Absolutely love this gym. They recently renovated their equipment and made changes to the layout and it has improved a lot. Of all the gyms I’ve worked out at in SD this is the one I prefer. I can come in and get my work out done and really focus. They’re complete with an indoor outdoor equipment, pool, PT, sauna, steam room etc. The staff is super friendly and courteous and is always there for you.
Couldn’t be happier with this place. There is a huge variety in equipment and the roof top pool is clean, well maintained, and hardly ever crowded. Their yoga instructors are amazing, each and every one of them. The front desk staff also are super personable and take the time to get to know you. It feels like a home away from home. It’s paradise.
This is a great gym if you live or work downtown! They have a pool, a large area to workout outside and good facilities inside. In addition to that the customer service is fantastic and they have a number of coaches and other people to help you on your finish journey.
I love the pool and the calm vibes of my gym. Never have to wait for machines or treadmill and great classes and trainers too. I'm really happy I found this gym!
Only one leg extension, rusting equipment No mirrors outside they overcharged my card and never gave my money back. Rude staff Not helpful and not able to regulate the temperature.very cold Save yourself time and money do not come here Will not recommend to family and friends…be warned the 4 and 5’s are autogenerated fake bots
