One of the best dancing experiences within DMV area. 1. Good location, easy reachable from any area you might come. 2. Enough free parking. 3. Awesome clean environment for dancing. 4. Separate rooms for salsa and bachata so you can switch between the two of them whenever you feel like. 5. Not at last, JJ is an awesome personality, great teacher, amazing organizer and entertainer, therefore he's attracting a lot of nice people - amazing dancers. It worth at least give it a try!
My husband and I visited several studios in the area and took intro classes. Crown Dance Studio always felt the most welcoming, we love the atmosphere and the very bright personalities. Allison made me feel so comfortable and at ease, I laughed and danced my way into more lessons :)
Abraham is an angel on earth and an incredible human being. He is also an extremely talented teacher and his teaching style is honestly impeccable. I started dancing ballroom back in 2014 and when I came to Crown Dance Studio in 2019, Abraham was the fifth teacher I had worked with. If you wanna learn how to dance, then you need to learn it right! If you wanna learn it right then Abraham is your man. Abraham is such a great teacher, and an awesome person, he teaches you everything that could possibly improve your dancing, he goes through details in every move before he takes you to your second one. His skills are beyond my words so if you wanna know what I mean just come to crown and check it out yourself.
Abraham choreographed our first dance for our wedding this passed June. He did an amazing job - he is a very talented dancer and was able to teach us, non-dancers, how to move on the floor and show emotion during dance, not just purely repeat the steps. Our dance was A HUGE success and we attribute it to him. Thank you, Abraham! We highly recommend.
